It looks like dog-food, but it's not. It's packed with everything you need for an AIP day.
Just add a couple of side salads and you're good to go. Easy peasy.
1 loaf = 1335 calories, 82 grams net carbs [Wahls diet: 3.5 sulfur, 1.5 greens, 3 colored]
1/4 loaf = 335 calories, 20 grams net carbs
1/2 loaf = 670 calories, 41 grams net carbs

Ingredients
- 1 pound grass-fed beef
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 100 g chicken liver (or hearts, pureed)
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion (large)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp thyme (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp rosemary (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp sage (fresh)
- 800 g/8 cups vegetables (shredded)(broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots etc)
- 2 cups kale (packed, chopped)
- 1 cup sweet potato (baked and mashed)
- 1 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup AIP ketchup (or Nomato sauce)
- 6 tsp chicken breast rub (salt, garlic powder, onion powder in equal parts)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Saute vegetables until just soft. Add everything to mixer. Mix. Then add meat. Mix for 30-60 seconds. Do not overmix.
- Cook 350F about 1 hour until top of meatloaf is 165F.
- Let cool 20 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with AIP sauces.
